All-American Apple Cake is one of my favorite desserts...with a scoop of ice cream or "iced" with my Toffee Crunch Cheese Cake Ball. Just lusciously scrumptious! But this time of year, I also use my Apple Cake mix to make my son's favorite Pumpkin Bread! Instead of the apples, just use one small can of real pumpkin (not pie filling.) and stir it up as directed. I make 3 large loaf pans from each box or 4 to 5 small ones.
